The attack finishes with crackles of lightning inflicting heavy multi-target electric damage on his enemies, and all enemies hit will be inflicted with hunger.

Rutile's canon point is towards the end of the 4th Anniversary event, and I will reference things that happen in previous events and background information revealed in events up to the present (as of writing this, the second Obbligato/Wizard's House story). Please leave a comment if you don't want to be spoiled, if there are specific things you'd like me to avoid after a point, and I will happily accommodate! I know the anime is coming out and I don't want to ruin it for anyone looking to start it blind.
Also, as a side note, I play Mahoyaku in Japanese and I have not read the English translations. The translation choices I make are meant to appeal to myself and my sensibilities. I also don't know what most of the English-speaking fandom consensus is on some terms. If you are ever confused or want to talk shop in good faith, just poke me and I'm always happy to do so.
